Admin Functions

The Institution Admin role designates an individual as the Institution's HOL Cloud administrator. Institution Admins should be an IT or Instructional Design expert. To maintain consistency each Institution should assign one person as the admin. Additionally, Institution Admins are unable to be assigned as Instructors for courses.

This role includes the following functions:

  • User Functions
  • Institution Functions
  • Course Functions

In the absence of an Institution Admin, an Instructor can be designated as an Instructor Admin who will have the same Admin privileges as well as the ability to teach courses.
