This error occurs when:
- an instructor's email from the LMS does not match the email in HOL Cloud
- a course designer/admin selects the link in the LMS and is not the instructor in HOL Cloud
1. Check that the email address associated with the LMS account is the same as the one in HOL Cloud.
2. If you are an instructor, navigate to the "My Account" page on HOL Cloud. Confirm that the email address in HOL Cloud is the same as the email address in the LMS.
If they do not match, the instructor can change the email address associated with the HOL Cloud account. If the instructor is unable to update the email address, contact your regional account manager.
3. If you are a course designer or LMS admin, have the instructor select the link to test it.
If you do not have an account in HOL Cloud, contact your regional account manager.
